Our aim is to ease the logistics of using Virtual Reality (VR) within your care setting.

ABOUT THE
SOFTWARE
The Vae App Platform is a complete media hub for our Virtual Reality 360° video experiences.
It gives you access to download videos directly to multiple VR headsets simultaneously.
It also allows for the remote control of the VR headsets. This ensures that whoever is about to immerse themselves into one of our videos, does not have to navigate complex VR headset menus. All control is handed to your members of staff, via our Android application.

VIDEO DELIVERY
TIME-LINE
How to deliver Project Vae Experiences.
Download Field Trip Video
Firstly, you start by browsing our catalogue of 360° Virtual Reality Experiences and find one that you think people will enjoy. Once you have chosen a video, one simple button allows you to download the video to all connected VR devices.
Video Delivery
Once all devices have been fully charged and selected videos downloaded, you can begin. Bring in your viewers, sit them down and place the headsets on their heads. Simply press play on the downloaded 360° video experience and then let them sit back and enjoy.
Clean & Charge
Once a video viewing has concluded, please thoroughly clean down the headsets ready for the next viewing. We also recommend giving the headsets a short 5-10 minute boost of charge before the next participants.
Repeat
Repete steps 3 & 4 until all participants have viewed the video. Once the session is complete, place the hardware back into its protective packaging to keep safe until the next video delivery session.
