MENTAL HEALTH & WELLBEING

Project Vae is built upon the foundation of striving to improve the mental health & wellbeing of vulnerable people. We wholeheartedly believe that what we are doing can help thousands of often forgotten or left behind people. Building off the back of our highly successful study in the summer of 2020 with Katharine House Hospice, we are now ready to share Project Vae with the world.

As you can see below, our four foundational mental health & wellbeing pillars are depression, anxiety, loneliness and stress. We have already evidenced benefits in all four of these areas and as we move into the future, we will continue to study the positive effects of our service on vulnerable people.
